Q11: Do you take over the costs of my Adword campaign? The CPC costs & monthly (billing) paymens are the customers responsibility;
we only create and optimize the Adwords campaign. And afterwards we can manage it via a maintenance/outsource
contract, when the customer chooses so (via the yearly plan).
We cannot take over CPC costs, as they can be as low as $1/day or as high as
$3000/day; that is a matter of budget choice (and responsibility) by the customer.
We advice most (new to PPC) customers to start a campaign on a low (e.g. $5 or $10) daily budget, and
next step up the budget when confidence is reached about ROI.
Q12: If all my competitors have already optimized their website, how can my ranking remain at the top? If your website is new and has a pagerank of 0 or 1, we will try to get it a pagerank of at least 3 to 4;
which takes about 6 to 9 months to attain.

--for the short term attained traffic: via PPC; a page#1 ranking which is attained within 2 weeks;

there are many more but we cannot disclose them all as our PPC agency competitors read this also.

Q13: What about if there are new products added in few months?
And how will these new items become part of the keywords set? New keywords can be added by us (for free during the first 2 months in case of the PPC Professional Plan), and
next by yourself;
it is a very user-friendly interface; we will give detailed instructions on how to insert new keywords, when needed.

Q14: I have already signed up for an Adwords, Yahoo Overture or MSN Adcenter account. What do you need? When you already have an Adwords, Overture or Adcenter account, please send us the account ID,
and, after your authorization, we will manage the account for you.
Your assigned dedicated Account Manager will provide you with all the details of the steps being taken;
nothing will de done without your prior approval and and review.
If you do not yet have an Adwords, Yahoo Overture or MSN Adcenter account we can create one for you.
Q15: Are you in full control of my PPC account? We will ask for an authorization through Google, Yahoo or MSN to manage your PPC campaign, which
authorization can be revoked by you at any moment you choose.
Q16: When and how can I contact you during setup of the campaign? For the complete project you will receive your own, dedicated Account Manager which you can
contact via phone and email 24/7; you will be able to reach him/her via our New York number (forwarded) or
local Thai number, as well as his/her personal email.
This Account Manager will guard your project for 8 weeks (for the PPC Professional Plan), 24/7,
and next, when you choose so,
can continue to serve you lateron (when the Professional Plan completed succesfully) via our Year Plans also.
Q17: You also do Google Pagerank optimization; will that be additional cost for this? There are no additional costs for getting a good pagerank; it is part of the PPC and SEO Plans we offer.
Attaining a good pagerank is done via backlinking. What we do is locate good backlink websites for you,
and provide you with the webmasters email addresses to get the link(s).
Q18: How do I start the project and make the deposit; and what will happen next? First we send you a contract via email or fax, pre-signed by our CFO.
When you agree on the terms, conditions and deliverables as stated in that contract,
next we ask you to send or fax the signed contract back to us.
To start the project, payment of the 50% deposit then should be made to our Corporate account;
an additional $35 should be accounted for for the international transfer costs.
Payment via credit card is also possible; when you require so, we can send you a secure (HTTPS) e-payment link.
The moment the transfer is in, your assigned Account Manager will contact you and start the project.
All project steps will be documented and reported to you in detail, and implemented after your review and approval.
Q19: Is the 50% deposit just required to start the work, and when do I pay the other 50%? A 50% deposit is required to start the project.
The remaining 50% is to be paid after 4 weeks (for the PPC Professional Optimization Plan).
The Yearplans can be paid monthly, quarterly, or bi-annually. To start a yearplan, a one-month upfront fee is needed
as starter-fee.
Q20: What will happen once the project is finished and the PPC campaign is running satisfactory? After 8 weeks, when the Professional Plan project completed successfully you can signup for one of our Maintenance Plans, in
which we fine-tune and monitor your PPC campaign 24/7/365, for a full year, when required.
About 75% of our customers signs up for such a plan, which covers daily tuning,
search engine result page tracking, weekly and monthly stats reporting, ROI measurement, and creation of new campaigns (free of charge) when needed.
Cost of such a maintenance plan varies per client, as we customize the maintenance plans to our customers needs.
Generally, the maintenance plan cost is less then $10/day.
